Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, within that time, you may return it for the full purchase price of the product itself. If the product is defective, please contact tyler@lmproducts.com and we will arrange return or refund depending on the situation.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the item has been noticeably used, we will issue store credit for the full value of the item.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1325 Meridian St. Anderson Indiana US 46016 Please notify us before shipping. You can email tyler@lmproducts.com in advance of shipping a return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if it is not defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Ok... that's the policy. But flat out, we want to make you happy. So, if there's an issue, just let us know. We're a small business and truly value all of our customers, no matter how much or little you spend on your purchase. Our reputation for quality and customer service is the most important thing to us.
