Returns & Exchanges

Have something you need to return?  Here's what you need to know:

  • If it is a repair or warranty or quality issue, please email us at info@lmproducts.com and we'll provide free return shipping and make sure you get a fantastic product in return.
  • If it just isn't quite right for you and you would like a refund, send it on back to the address below.  We'll process the return and refund the price of the goods within a few days of receiving it.  Goods must be in new/perfect condition.  We recommend using the same box you received from us to ship it back.  Important - if you there are marks on the keyhole where it attaches to the guitar from trying it on, it will not be acceptable for return - because we cannot resell it at that point.

  • If you want to exchange it for the same product, same size, just in a different color, send it back to us and we'll ship you the one you want.  International shipping charges may apply. Important - if you there are marks on the keyhole where it attaches to the guitar from trying it on, it will not be acceptable for return - because we cannot resell it at that point. 
  • If you want a totally different product, we'll refund you the product purchase price of the one you are returning.  You'll then need to make a new purchase from the site for the one you want. Send it to the address above and note your order number and current contact info.  Note - all returns must be in new/perfect condition.
  • Sorry but no exchanges or returns on sample sales or closeouts.
